Kimberly V. Wynn hails from Detroit, MI and at a very young age realized she possessed a passion for and thoroughly enjoyed helping others. This passion was the driving factor in her decision to obtain her Masters of Public Administration degree. Her passion for human resources was ignited during her 3rd semester of graduate school when she was exposed to several management organizational theory courses. Kimberly graduated in December 2010 and set out to fulfill her passion within the human resources field.
Kimberly has worked in various areas of human resources including, personnel management, career coaching, recruitment, employee relations, and talent acquisition. She attributes her success in the field to her innate ability to make deep and meaningful long-lasting connections with others. She’s never met a stranger. She prides herself in managing to enforce both federal and state policies and procedures, while simultaneously ensuring that the human in human resources is still the primary focus. Kimberly holds a certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the Human Resources Certification Institute.
